Ash Road Bridge – Foreman Road update

As you may be aware, we have now installed temporary traffic lights at the entrance to Vyne Walk. These are needed to maintain safe working distances between traffic movements and the works. We hope to complete phase 2 around 5 July.

Due to utility diversions taking place on housing developments affecting Ash Green Road, we are postponing the start of phase 3. From 5 July, Foreman Road will be fully re-opened to two-way traffic between Ash Church Road and White Lane to facilitate the required diversion. This work is expected to be completed by 17 August.

From 19 August, we will begin phase 3. It will require the closure of Foreman Road between Vyne Walk and Woodroffe Close. Vyne Walk and Foreman Park will be accessible only via Ash Church Road, and Woodroffe Close via Grange Road.
