South East Water – Priority Services Register

As part of the Utility Networks Partnership South East Water (SEW) have created a joint video promoting the Priority Services Register (PSR).

Working together with 11 other water, gas and electricity companies SEW hope they have come up with an innovative way to help people understand the PSR in very simple terms. The video clearly sets out who is eligible to sign-up and what services they can expect to receive as a result.

As SEW services are their customers’ lifelines, it is crucial that they do everything they can to get the message over to vulnerable people about the extra help SEW can provide when it is needed most.
