Our emerging proposals
Gleeson Land would like to invite you to share your views on our emerging proposals for the development of Land at Shortland Farm, Ash for up to 200 homes, landscaping, footpath enhancements, and associated infrastructure.
Prior to submitting a planning application to Guildford Borough Council, we would like to present the proposals to you, the local community, to help us progress our vision.
We have set up a website (including a questionnaire) where you can share your views on the proposals. We have also set up a direct email where you can provide comments further to the questionnaire.
