Ash Neighbourhood Plan Examination
In accordance with legal requirements, we consulted on the Ash Neighbourhood Plan from 20th of January to 9th of March 2026 and arranged for the plan to be examined.
The legislation that applies to neighbourhood plans changed shortly after the consultation. The Ash Neighbourhood Plan examiner has asked us to hold a further consultation on whether the neighbourhood plan complies with the changes, and to notify anyone who responded to the previous consultation.
The new consultation will run from noon on 11 May to noon on 26 May 2026.
