The 2nd event is being held at Spectrum, from 10am until 4pm as the Virtual Dementia Experience bus will be on site for people to go into and the chatty tables them will be held inside, with 3 attendance slots for organisations. 

If you would like to book a chatty table for either event, please use this form and return it to us by 30 April.
