Surrey County Council – Adult Social Care services
Surrey County Council – Adult Social Care services
Surrey County Council (SCC) is collaborating with Revealing Reality to improve our Adult Social Care (ASC) services, and we would love your input.
They are keen to hear about your experiences with ASC and other support organisations in the county. Your feedback will help them understand what is working well and what could be improved. As a thank you for your time, you’ll receive £70.
We are looking to speak to individuals who are receiving ASC or on the pathway to receiving it to understand their needs and the different services they may be engaging with.
Taking part would be an informal conversation about your experiences, any challenges you’ve faced, and your suggestions for improvement. Your input will play an important role in shaping the future of the services that you and others rely on.
If you’re interested in taking part, please let us know by signing up here or by calling Revealing Reality at 020 7735 8040. The interview will take around an hour or two and can be done either remotely or in person—whichever works best for you.
One flyer is for people currently receiving Adult Social Care and the other is for those who receive care from other organisations. However, if people are unable to use that, a link to sign up here:
