Crowdfund Guildford funding available – deadline extension to 22 May

You may have seen recent publicity that the Crowdfund Guildford Spring 2024 funding round is now open and Parish Councils are eligible to apply.

To give groups a little extra time to get everything organised, there has been a deadline extension to Wednesday 22 May.

We’re still offering funding for community projects this Spring, but with a twist! Through Crowdfund Guildford, we support our communities by providing up to £5,000 for projects led by groups or individuals making a positive impact. What’s new? Residents can now apply for match funding up to £25,000 for large capital projects. Examples include fitting solar panels or electric charging points at community buildings, refurbishing community gardens, or renovating community hubs like installing a new kitchen. Hurry, there are only two weeks left to apply, and applications close on 22 May.

As a reminder, Guildford Borough Council has two funds available to support both capital and revenue projects with pledges.
