Fundraising Concert in Bramley
Fundraising Concert in Bramley
Conductor and producer Lucia Švecová from Bramley invites you to Phoenix: A Benefit Concert. The concert will support the Music School in Banská Štiavnica, Slovakia, which burnt down in 2023 and is trying to rebuild its activities to provide affordable specialist education in performing arts for children and young people. This will be a unique immersive performance, premiering new works for chamber orchestra. You will be able to hear young talented players from across the country and support emerging composers. The concert will also have a special guest – Nina Kohout, Slovak singer-songwriter based in Brighton, who has been recognised by numerous music magazines in the UK as a rising star, having released her debut album in 2024. This performance will take place at 8pm on the 6th of April 2025 in the Auditorium at St Catherine’s School in Bramley. We will be joined by the Headmistress of the Music School, who will introduce more closely what we are fundraising for. It is promising to be a night of exciting music and art, and we would love to see you there! Tickets can be bought online via the QR code on the poster, and a limited number will be available on the door.
