The final result of the election for Surrey’s Police and Crime Commissioner has now been declared.

Lisa Townsend has been re-elected as the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey for the next four years.

Number of votes by candidate:

  • Kate Chinn, Labour Party: 42,813
  • Alex Foy Coley, Independent: 42,052
  • Paul Kennedy, Liberal Democrat: 82,213
  • Lisa Townsend, Conservative Candidate: 95,538 (Elected)

Turnout

The overall turnout for the Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner was 29.9%. The total number of verified ballot papers was 265,706 from a total electorate of 888,083 in Surrey.
