Road Closed – School Lane, Pirbright

Please see below for details on works commencing 30 March on School Lane, Pirbright. These works are to make safety improvements to the footway and embankment and to install a retaining wall.

The attached letter will be delivered to residents this week along with signage.

Road Closed (NW Bound Only)

30 March

For approx. 3 weeks

For the safety of our crew and road users, School Lane will be under a 24/7 closure.

The road will be closed to north-westbound traffic only from the junction of Dawney Hill to Cunningham House.

On-street parking will be prohibited in this length of School Lane for the duration of the works.

Sometimes our plans must change, often due to bad weather or problems on other works in the same programme which can have a knock-on effect. If anything changes with the details of these works, we will let you know.
